Who is responsible

This website, bytepip.com, is run by Sergio Márquez Uroz (BytePip), Spain. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

• Newsletter and course waitlist. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the topics you selected, the page where you subscribed and the date. We use them only to send you BytePip news about tools, Expert Advisors, guides and courses. Legal basis: your consent.
• Emails you send us. We use them to answer you and keep them as long as the conversation needs.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site, process technical data such as IP addresses to serve the pages and stop abuse.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. YouTube videos are only loaded, from youtube-nocookie.com, when you click play.

Purchases

BytePip products are sold through the MQL5 Market, operated by MetaQuotes. Payment, licences and your MQL5 account are handled by MQL5 under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details.

How long we keep your data

Your subscription is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to [email protected].

Who else processes it

Your data is stored by our hosting provider and may be processed by the email service we use to send the newsletter. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
